All items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Order Issues (damaged/incorrect items)
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at returns@shopcherrypicked.store within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review and make it right (replacement or store credit when applicable).
Pre-Loved & Handmade Items
Many pieces are pre-loved/hand-curated. Minor wear or variations are normal and described to the best of our ability—please read condition notes and check measurements before purchasing.
Exclusions
Mystery boxes, beauty items, and sale items are always final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
