Once we transfer a package to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Cherry Picked is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any purchase you make through our store is a transaction directly between you and Cherry Picked.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Cherry Picked, and you expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to purchases made through our store.
